Submitting your show to the top directories is a great start for your podcast to get discovered by an audience. Deezer is a podcast directory and this article will show you how to submit your show to the Deezer directory.

Deezer is a podcast directory that started in Europe in 2015.
Deezer is the 5th largest streaming platform in the world. Key markets are France, Brazil, Germany, Latin America, and the Middle East, but also available in the rest of the world.
Deezer has 14M monthly active users.

How To Submit Your Show To Deezer
Click on the GEAR ICON in the upper lefthand corner dropdown menu
Select DISTRIBUTION from the lefthand side menu
In 'Other Distribution Channels' click on Deezer to expand section.
Click the SUBMIT PODCAST TO DEEZER button
Fill out the form and click Submit.
You will get a confirmation when your show is approved. The approval timeframe varies and is not guaranteed.

How To Add a Deezer Badge to your Simplecast Website:
This will display a link on your audio player, show page, and episode pages.
Log-in to Deezer and search for your show.
Click on the thumbnail click on 'Share'.
Press 'Copy' to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Return to your Simplecast dashboard.
Click on the GEAR ICON in the upper lefthand dropdown menu
Select DISTRIBUTION from the lefthand side menu
Click on the Deezer in 'Additional Networks & Listening Apps'
Paste (cmd/ctrl + v) the Deezer directory link into the field for Step 2: Enter URL.
The Deezer badge will be added to the 'Listen & Subscribe' button.
