Chartable officially shut down on December 12, 2024, and its tracking prefixes no longer function. As a result, your analytics, listenership, and discoverability might be impacted. Here's a recap of the instructions we provided before this shutdown on how to prepare and minimize the impact:

- Remove Chartable tracking prefixes from your podcasts. Follow this guide.
- Replace prefixes with a different tracking vendor if needed. See our suggested alternatives below.
We recommended performing these updates between December 9 and 11 to reduce disruption to your analytics.
Note: Changing or adding the prefix URL will cause all listeners who have downloaded your episodes on Spotify to redownload the episodes, which will result in an analytics spike. Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this at the moment.

It provides detailed data and analytics, making it a reliable choice for marketing attribution and performance measurement. Podtrac could be an excellent alternative for those seeking advanced tracking capabilities.
2. Swap.fm
Swap.fm is an emerging product that features an intuitive, easy-to-use interface, and the team is actively developing new features based on user feedback. Swap.fm already offers functional SmartPromo replacements with more capabilities than Chartable. Although their SmartLink product is still in its early stages, we anticipate continued improvements and feature additions.
3. Magellan AI
Known for its comprehensive ad analytics and insights, Magellan AI provides robust data on podcast advertising and performance. It is an excellent option for those focusing on ad spend analysis and ROI measurement.
4. Linkfire
Primarily a music and podcast marketing tool, Linkfire offers deep linking capabilities that can drive user engagement. It may be a good fit for those seeking a solution tailored towards maximizing audience reach through smart links. They do not have SmartPromo capabilities.
5. PodSights
This platform specializes in podcast attribution and offers in-depth analytics for ad performance.
